Nethili Fish Kulambu

Anchovy Curry | Nethili Fish Kulambu | Nethili Meen Kulambu preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. How to make anchovy curry | nethili fish kulambu? I always preferred to make nethili fish fry(fried anchovies) but this time I have tried gravy. I can’t believe the outcome since tangy masala had gelled very well on top small nethili fish. We just need to ensure that fish shouldn’t be broken during the cooking process. Since the fish is very small, it will be cooked in no time. Like other fish gravy, it will become tastier if you have it on the next day.
