Rava Ladoo – Rava Laddu Recipe | sooji laddu - sooji ladoo |How to make rava urundai.preparation with step by step photos and quick video.

Ingredients
  • Rava (sooji/semolina) - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 th cup
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • cardamom powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Milk- 1/4 th cup
Directions
  • Step 1 Take the heavy bottom pan and add 2tpsp ghee
  • Step 2 Add the chopped cashews / kajus and saute for few mintues.
  • Step 3 Once cashews turns golden brown then tranfer to the plate and keep aside.
  • Step 4 Using same pan, add the remining ghee and heat it.
  • Step 5 Add rava (semolina/sooji) and fry for few minutes untill aroma comes out.
  • Step 6 Add sugar and mix it well untill sugar dissovels completly.
  • Step 7 Add cardamom powder and mix it well
  • Step 8 Add fried cashew/kaju and mix it well
  • Step 9 Add required milk and mix it well till the milk absorb completely.
  • Step 10 Make a ladoo ball when it’s warm.
