Tilapia Tawa Fish Fry

Tilapia/Jalebi is a very mild-flavoured fish and doesn’t seem to be very fishy (smell). The most important things, it’s very inexpensive and available in most part of India. This fish is very suitable for tawa fry or deep oil fry. We could also make gravy using this fish. In this dish, we have used the whole Kashmiri red chillies to bring natural colour and aroma to it. Here, I haven’t used any colour power which is harmful to health. You could adjust the spice according to your needs.
