Coconut Burfi

How to make Thengai Burfi preparation with step-by-step photos and a quick video. coconut burfi is a simple and tasty Indian fudge recipe. It’s prepared mainly using grated coconut, sugar, and milk. Freshly grated coconut in cardamom flavored sugar syrup tastes really wonderful. This recipe is quite famous in south India and is mostly prepared during festival seasons. Other than sweet stalls, you can get coconut burfi in petty shops as well. With little care, we can make mouth wondering coconut fudge. I would recommend using fresh coconut rather than trying with desiccated coconut. The recipe can last for weeks if it is stored in a dry airtight container.
