FRIED ONION RECIPE/HOW TO FRY ONIONS FOR BIRYANI

Ingredients
  • 6-7 large sized onions
  • oil for deep frying
Directions
  • Step 1 peel the onion and nicly washed and sliced vertical.Make sure they are as thin as possible.
  • Step 2 Place them in a bowl and add salt.
  • Step 3 Massage the onions with salt for at least 10 minute.
  • Step 4 Take handful of onions and squeeze all the moisture.
  • Step 5 Take the pan, heat the oil.
  • Step 6 Fry them in oil on a low flame till they are golden brown and strain them out.
  • Step 7 Let the oil be absorbed by the tissue paper.
  • Step 8 When the onions are crispy and crushy, they are ready to be used.
  • Step 9 Store them in an air tight container.They can be used for few days.
